If you’re a hardgainer and you want to gain muscle mass quickly the first and most important thing to remember is it all begins with your muscle gain diet.

That’s right. The food you eat is more important than whatever muscle building supplement you use or muscle building program you may be doing.

The right muscle gain diet is the key to gain muscle mass if you are a hardgainer.

Here are a few gain muscle mass diet tips for hardgainers:

1. Don’t be afraid of eating. If in doubt, eat.

2. As seen in 1., remember that you have a huge amount of latitude to eat more if you’re a hardgainer. Go get those cakes, pies, pastries, and cookies.

3. If you’re gluten intolerant (and this applies equally if you’re not) remember to eat those bags of low-salt potato chips that are affordable and high calorie. They have tons of carbs so you can really stuff yourself with them. Old Dutch brand even has a good dose of vitamin C and E per serving.

4. Ice cream. Should I repeat that?

5. Enjoy yourself. Enjoy eating, if possible. Try to have good tasting foods that make you want to eat more. Eat more of those foods. Find your favorites and return to them as much as you can.

6. Workout regularly but don’t overdo it. If you’re just getting used to finding out how to use a muscle gain diet for hardgainers it’s easy to think you can or need to increase your training. This is just not so. Many hardgainers recover slowly, so reducing the workouts can be more helpful for growth.

Now apply your new knowledge to gain muscle mass. Remember: if you’re a hardgainer the secret is in your muscle gain diet.

An Indian holy man says he hasn’t eaten for decades. He’s been studied for a little while They watched him for two weeks.

The claim is he hasn’t had to eat, drink, or relieve himself for about 60 years. Stories like this have been heard and told for centuries. Always interesting.

A brief excerpt:

Indian holy man amazes scientists as he lives without food or water

AHMEDABAD, India – An 83-year-old Indian holy man who says he has spent seven decades without food or water has astounded a team of military doctors who studied him during a two-week observation period.

Prahlad Jani spent a fortnight in a hospital in the western India state of Gujarat under constant surveillance from a team of 30 medics equipped with cameras and closed circuit television.

During the period, he neither ate nor drank and did not go to the toilet.

“We still do not know how he survives,” neurologist Sudhir Shah told reporters after the end of the experiment. “It is still a mystery what kind of phenomenon this is.”

The long-haired and bearded yogi was sealed in a hospital in the city of Ahmedabad in a study initiated by India’s Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), the state defence and military research institute.

On a slightly less extreme note you can try a much more healthy and well-researched system: Fasting, as in skipping eating any food for short periods of time like 24 hrs, for health. This is especially useful if you haven’t been blessed by a goddess so you can’t not eat like the fellow in the article.
