WordPress is phenomenal. I have only heard good things about this blogging tool. Some people claim that they have reached the milliondollar mark using wordpress and frankly I believe them. If your good at writing and your willing to invest a few hours a day you can make a decent living off of blogging.
I agree, WordPress is really good. Personally, I use it with most of my blogs, I also like Joomla, however, from my point of view, WordPress is more SEO optimized. If we use joomla we still have to install special pluginns.
