Ok, I’m back and here to write about the jedi, specifically the Return Of The Jedi.
The important thing about Return Of The Jedi is Luke Skywalker’s newfound maturity. You can see it in the way he carries himself, how he negotiates, how he does battle. No longer is he a mere apprentice in the ways of the Force.
Instead, he is now a Master. And it shows. This kind of visionary storytelling, the development of a single character through such a range of trials, is what moves us most deeply. We can also experience his process, his journey, by watching his practices, struggles, and access to secret powers in Return Of The Jedi.
Guided Imagery is a form of controlling the Force. What is the Force if not the energy of consciousness? Similarly, when you begin to practice guided imagery you begin to channel and develop the energy of consciousness.
No one can predict whether you will one day become a Jedi of guided imagery. Although it is very likely you won’t be battling with light sabers in regular reality, the ability to wield the powers of relaxation, visualization, focus, and creativity can help you tap into your own special powers.
